Thursday March 26th at 4:00 p.m. Cornerstone Auction & Realty, Inc. will be selling the assets of The William J. Hesse Trust.  

   The auction will start onsite at 4:00 p.m. CST with household, antiques, tools, appliances, garden and yard items, jewelry, and more.

  At 6:00 p.m. we will sell the real estate simulcast from the auction site.

This home is a classic bungalow style with 2 bedroom, 1 full bath, living , dining, eat in kitchen, and main floor laundry.  Most of the rooms have hardwood floors under carpet.

The HVAC was updated in 2019, roof in 2024 and Water heater in 2025.   

Cash or check accepted with proper i.d.  

The property is selling "AS IS" with NO reserve but subject to the Seller’s Confirmation. There are No contingencies for financing, appraisal, or inspections. Inspections are welcome as are an acceptable offer before the auction date. All buyers must present a statement of qualification from their financial institution whether paying cash or financing to the auction company before a bid number is issued. 10% of the total sale price is required for a downpayment which is non-refundable held by the title company (Adams County Abstract). Closing will be in 30 days or less as the Seller will have their title work done prior to the auction. The successful bidder will enter into a purchase agreement immediately at the conclusion of the auction. A 5% buyer's premium of the total purchase price will be deducted at closing from the buyer payable to the auction company. All sales are final. No warranties are expressed. Furniture:  Lighted dinning hutch, Wurlitzer Organ, display cabinets, roof top desk, kitchen table and chairs, vintage tavern table and chairs, 2 mid-century modern bedroom sets, New Home sewing machine, Lane cedar chest, Washer/dryer pair, Compter magnifier machines, and more. 

Cold Spot freezer, vintage work bench, lathe with attachments, shelving, metal cabinets,  

Lawn and Garden:  Two push mowers, edgers, blowers, ladders, Dutch boy and girl statuary , Madonna, had tools, trash cans, fishing poles, some lures, squirrel cage fan, bbq grill, lawn chairs, and more.

Not a lot of smalls at this auction.  Be on time.  Most items will sell before the real estate at 6:00.  After the real estate sells we will finish up with the washer/dryer pair and whatever else is left.  No Concessions. Port a potty available.  Cash or good check with proper i.d. accepted..  Not responsible for accidents or loading.

Auctioneer's note: The Metal wheel chair ramp sells separately from the house and must be removed by the buyer within 10 days or it is forfeited with the property.  Not a large offering of items.  Several by the box lots.  Please be on time.  The real estate will sell at 6:00pm. whether live auction is complete or not.  No Food Service.  Cash or Check with proper I.D.  $50.00 service fee on returned checks.
